By far our most popular option, Medicare Advantage (MA) is a type of Medicare health insurance plan offered by private insurance companies that are contracted with Medicare to provide you with all of your Medicare Part A and Part B benefits. Medicare Advantage Plans that we offer include Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO), Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO), Private Fee-for-Service Plans (PFFS), and Dual Special Needs Plans (D-SNP). If you choose a Medicare Advantage Plan your medical services are covered through the plan rather
than Original Medicare. Most Medicare Advantage Plans offer prescription drug coverage and additional benefits that original Medicare does not provide. Those benefits may include hearing, dental, vision, over-the-counter supplies, and even gym memberships!
Medicare Supplements (Medigap) are policies offered by private insurance companies that can help pay most or all of the co-pays, co-insurance, & deductibles left behind by Medicare parts A and B. Medigap gives you the freedom to go to any provider that accepts Medicare without restriction. These plans tend to be more costly than Medicare Advantage but leave less medical expenses behind when you receive services. These plans DO NOT include prescription drug coverage, you will need a separate Medicare Part D plan for that. Unlike Medicare Advantage plans, most Medigap policies DO NOT offer additional benefits not covered by original
Medicare Part D
Medicare prescription drug insurance plans, also called Medicare Part D are plans offered by private insurance companies who are contracted with Medicare to provide coverage for your prescription drugs. These plans can differ greatly from monthly premiums, coinsurance, deductibles, pharmacy networks and what drugs they cover. We can help you choose the right Part D plan based on your medications and choice of pharmacy.
Medicare Special Needs Plans
D-SNP plans are offered by private insurance companies who are contracted with Medicare to provide coverage for your Medicare Parts A, B, C & D. To be eligible to enroll into these plans you need to qualify for both Medicare and your states Medicaid program. Those that qualify often pay NOTHING for premium, co-pays & deductibles in addition to receiving low cost medications. These plans help members manage their medical conditions by coordinating care between their providers. They also give them additional services not offered by original
Medicare like transportation to medical appointments for example. In addition, they provide
substantial benefits like hearing, dental, vision, over-the-counter supplies, and even gym
memberships. To find out if you or a loved one qualifies for this type of plan please feel free to
